Right Away Membership (HVAC) Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Right Away Membership Program (“Membership”). By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Membership Benefits

The Membership includes access to exclusive discounts on HVAC services, including but not limited to an annual premier Right Away system maintenance, priority scheduling, and access to discounted repair services, Members are eligible to receive a $100 credit towards the purchase of any new equipment for their home or business, per consecutive year of paid membership, up to a maximum of $800 per member account. Additional Membership benefits may be added from time to time at the discretion of Climate Control Services, INC.

Membership Fees

The cost of the Right Away Membership is $203.88 per year per system with the option of paying for it in 12 equal payments of $16.99 per month. Each additional HVAC system located in the same home may be added at an additional cost of $155.88 per year with the option of paying for it in 12 additional equal payments of $12.99 per month

Membership fees are non-refundable and may not be prorated. If you choose to end your Membership before the 12-month term is complete, you are responsible for paying the full retail value of any discounts or services received while a member. Any fees associated with cancellation or early termination will be at the sole discretion of Climate Control Services, INC.

Limitations on Membership

The Membership is subject to certain limitations and exclusions, including but not limited to, the following:

• The Membership discount is not valid on installations, equipment, or replacement work.
• The Membership discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Climate Control Services, INC. Reserves the right to determine the applicability of the Membership discount to any specific service.

Term and Termination

The Membership is for a 12-month term beginning on the date of enrollment. Membership may be automatically renewed annually at the then-current annual fee.

Automatic Renewal Notice: In accordance with Florida Statute §501.165, we will provide a written or electronic notification at least 30 days but no more than 60 days before your Membership is set to automatically renew. This notification will include:

• Clear disclosure of the cancellation policy and methods.
• The recurring charges that will be applied for the renewal term.
• If the charge amount may change, the notification will state the new amount if it is known at the time.

Climate Control Services, INC. reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of the Membership at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
